As a result of the Discussion with the District Leadership and District Auxiliary Leadership, it has been decided to change the December VOD PP Awards Presentation to a Zoom Meeting Format. The respective District Meetings will be by Zoom as well.
Mush consideration was taken with the needs of the Deposit with the caterers and the uncertainties if the Covid Restrictions will be lifted or not. We opted to be safe and responsible.
1- The Formal Banquet is now cancelled.
2- Notice will be mailed to each entrant advising of the situation with the instructions on how to enter the Awards Presentation. They will also be informed that for any Prize Winners, the Checks will be mailed on the following Monday.
3- In that letter, they will also be invited to attend the joint session and lunch at the February Meeting at Post 4105 (If things open up by then). If not, a select number of Officers will hand deliver all the Awards for the Photo Ops.
4- The Normal $5 per meal at the Post will occur instead of a catered banquet at the February Meeting.
5- With the Relocation of our District Quartermaster, the District is in search of a capable new Quartermaster.
6- The Links for both the Awards Presentation and the District Meeting will be forthcoming.
7- The Link to the Awards Presentation Will be Posted on the 12th District Website with a quick link button on the Home Page.
